These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cricket99 at crickets99.live. By registering an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in betting and gaming in your location. By using Cricket99 you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, and we may restrict or close accounts that do not meet the criteria.

2. Your account

• You may hold only one account, registered with accurate and current details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits can be made in Indian rupees through UPI, PhonePe, GPay and other supported methods, and are usually credited instantly. Withdrawals are paid to your verified account and are typically processed within three hours once any required checks are complete. We may hold a withdrawal while we verify identity or investigate suspected misuse.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, including any first-deposit or referral offer, are subject to their own terms shown at the time. Bonus terms are written in plain language. We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and we may cancel bonuses and related winnings where we find abuse, such as multiple accounts or collusion.

5. Fair play and prohibited conduct

• No use of fraud, collusion, automated tools or exploits of any kind.
• No use of another person's payment method or identity.
• No activity that is unlawful in your location.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and void bets connected to prohibited conduct.

6. Settlement of bets

Bets are settled according to the rules of the relevant market and the official result of the event. Where a market is affected by an abandoned match, a rule change or an obvious pricing error, we may void or re-settle the affected bets in line with standard practice.

7. Responsible gaming

8. Limitation of liability

9. Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Verified balances not connected to misuse will be returned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
